The Charge

This is a ten page confession style collage zine, using images from IDW’s mtmte and Lost Light comics. The text is a perversion of Tim Veenstra’s The Charge.

A newspaper cutout of this poem has stuck with me since early middleschool, where it now lives below my bedroom lightswitch.

Because I can’t seem to find it online anywhere, a scan of the original can be found on the zine’s last page. Thank you Mr.Veenstra, your poem has kept me going during some tough times.
